Elisha Martin joins Coldwell Banker Commercial as Director of Operations-Asset Services Alaska. She has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, and holds the International Council of Shopping Center designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). Her clients include Safeway and Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority.
Elisha specializes in property management, leasing and construction management. She is highly skilled in all aspects of property management including budgeting, reporting, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and capital projects administration. Her understanding of both landlord and tenant priorities enables her to manage properties to the mutual benefit of all parties. She has negotiated leases with such diverse tenants as General Communications Inc (GCI), Donlin Gold, GNC, Fred Meyer Jewelry, Gap and Old Navy, in properties throughout Alaska, for clients such as PDA/Safeway, Browman Development, Kimco, Dimond Center Holdings and the State of Alaska.
Elisha's background includes positions as broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc., a company that manages and leases more than 50 commercial and institutional projects of approximately 4 million square feet across Alaska.
Previously, Elisha was general manager of the Dimond Center, Alaska's largest retail/office complex of 728,000 square feet. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Elisha resides in Anchorage with her husband Chad and their two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and outdoor activities.
